The company was established in 1991 in San Francisco, California and relocated to Houston, Texas in late 1994. Pacific Chartering Services (PACCHART) specializes in bulk and breakbulk ships and cargos in the Americas and worldwide for exclusive principals and competitive shipbroking and chartering. We work a wide variety of tonnage and cargo sizes on contract and spot basis from 1,000 dwt up to Panamax size.

Pacific Chartering Services maintains close contact with the dry cargo shipping market tracking trends and market movements for exclusive principals as well as the world wide competitive ship market.

We provide full service commercial vessel and cargo management for principals including marketing of ship positions, cargo circulars, trade negotiations, charter party preparations, laytime statements, voyage estimates, and initial and final freight collections and disbursements.
